Our mission
The California Pork Producers Association (CPPA) is working together to secure a strong California Pork industry by passionately protecting and promoting our product and our people.
To achieve our mission, we are focused on four priority areas:

Grassroots engagement. We support a thriving pork industry by growing membership in CPPA and engaging all pork producers in California.

Advocacy. We support sustainable pork policies through proactive advocacy and communication with legislative and regulatory representatives.

Outreach and education. We ensure the success of the California pork industry by building strategic coalitions and developing knowledge in the state’s pork producers and youth.

Product promotion. We ensure the future of the pork industry by building demand for pork as a healthy, nutritious protein.
